Karen (Ona) is a scuba diver and obsessed with anything underwater, so for her birthday cake, what could be more fitting? I made the shells out of melting chocolate and the rest with buttercream icing.

More cupcakes
6 of these were gluten free & eggless! It took a lot of experimenting and stress, but we (had to enlist the help of the husby) figured it out! The birthday boy can't have wheat or eggs. =) Jason and I tried one, and they actually don't taste that bad!

Connor wanted a cake with MINT filling...YUM! Turned out super yummy. I used the extra on half of the cupcakes he was going to take to school.
